This Privacy Policy describes how Jasper Falls collects, uses, and discloses your personal information.

VI. DO NOT TRACK SIGNALS
Some web browsers may transmit “Do-Not-Track” signals to websites with which the browser communicates. As with many other companies, we do not currently respond to these signals.

Jasper Falls does not seek or knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of thirteen (13), and we request that children do not provide information through the Services. We are a United States company and we provide our Services subject to United States law.
